Self contradictory message from Nike. If "what you have is already inside", then you don’t need to buy a 200 dollar sneaker from Nike to "just do it"

Thanks for posting this. I hadn’t seen this commercial and it certainly is powerful. Three simple words – Just Do It! – Brilliant ad campaign which is an excellent motto for life.Too often, we don’t "do it" because of fear, indecision, uncertainty, kindness,…First time you jumped into the pool, skied down a slope, gave a speech. All examples of when you "just did it!" Sometimes life takes a turn, and we lose that adventuresome spirit. Perhaps all that is necessary is to add some tools & techniques to your "tool kit" to regain the confidence to "just do it!"

I will be turning 50 on April 6th and am constantly mistaken for 30 something. Like Madonna, exercise and nutrition have been my friends.( heredity doesn’t hurt either)Alan Jackson and Michael Jackson will also be 50 this year.

I’m with you, Jack. I think that active listening is a great way to really reach understanding and mutual respect, rather than a tit for tat sort of thing……It’s strange that a person (or government, for that matter) would imitate (or worse, try to one up another) the very tactics or methods they themselves find reprehensible and abhorrent.
